The Michigan Wolverines are back in action this weekend with a premier matchup against the Texas Longhorns, which means it’s time for a premier game thread.
The Sherrone Moore era officially got underway last weekend with an up-and-down 30-10 victory over Fresno State. Quarterback Davis Warren made his first career start completing 60 percent of his passes for 118 yards, one touchdown and one interception. Michigan’s offense was inconsistent at best, but was supported by a smothering effort from Wink Martindale’s defense. Against Texas, the Wolverines will need a more balanced attack to topple the Longhorns.
