Michigan is the #1 brand in the Big Ten. Yes, OSU has played better football the last 10-15 years, but Michigan is and will always be the top brand in the conference. The Big Ten notified the Michigan program of a penalty that is due to be reveled on Wednesday. Michigan has 2 days to respond.
I have a few thoughts.
1. There was a reported Big Ten - Michigan long meeting on Sunday. There could be a negotiated settlement already in the works and they are just going through the process. My best guess is that's not the case and the Big Ten is going after Jimmy for another suspension.
