The Wolverines’ game at Rutgers on Oct. 8 is set for a 7 or 8 p.m. eastern start. Michigan’s only other previous trip to New Brunswick, New Jersey in 2014 was also a night game, which U-M lost 26-24 following a controversial third down out of bounds call and blocked field goal.
The other primetime battle will come a month later on Nov. 12 at 8 p.m. eastern when the Wolverines travel to Iowa, taking on the Hawkeyes for the first time since 2013.
Both games are set to appear on ABC, ESPN or ESPN2.
