ANN ARBOR -- Both of Michigan's recently hired men's basketball assistant coaches will make north of $200,000 this season.
Assistant coach Luke Yaklich will make a base salary of $225,000 during the contract year dated May 1 to April 30, while DeAndre Haynes will collect $200,000, according to contracts released by the university Friday following a public-records request.
Yaklich and Haynes, both hired from Illinois State, signed two-year agreements on Aug. 3.
Per a report from The Athletic Detroit's Brendan Quinn, Saddi Washington, the lone holdover from John Beilein's staff a season ago, has recently inked a two-year agreement that will increase his pay to $250,000.
