Texas A&M is out of the Gator Bowl due to COVID, which has sent the Gator Bowl executives searching for another opponent for Wake Forrest. An announcement today is expected that the fill in team will be Rutgers from the Big Ten East. Rutgers did not make the 6 wins to accept a bowl invite and now is expected to get the invite. Which would leave IU as the only Big East team not playing in a bowl game. How Rutgers can get all its players back, get tested, practice, and play in a Bowl Game is beyond comprehension.
