ANN ARBOR -- The Michigan softball team is one of the most successful programs in the country, led by the sport's all-time winningest coach. Apparently there is a man out there pretending to be a part of the team.
The team's official Twitter account posted a warning to potential recruits on Monday:
"We've been alerted that a person named 'Joseph Rodriguez' is representing himself as a member of the Michigan staff to HS prospects. There is no one by that name on our staff. This person has no affiliation w(ith) the Michigan softball program or Michigan Athletics.
