ANN ARBOR -- Interest in Michigan football season tickets remains strong under Jim Harbaugh.
As of Wednesday afternoon, the university had sold 89,495 season tickets for the seven-game 2018 schedule.
That number -- provided to MLive on Thursday by the Michigan athletic department -- is a slight dip from the 92,692 sold in 2017, touted then as the most sold for a season since 2007.
Of that 89,495 figure, 71,194 are full-priced season ticket holders and 18,301 are students, according Kurt Svoboda, associate athletic director for external communications and public relations.
Michigan had 71,724 regular season ticket holders and 20,968 student season ticket holders in 2017, according to Svoboda, representing a 12.
