The Michigan Wolverines have been rewarded in the rankings for their impressive second half against Purdue on both sides of the ball. The new Coaches Poll was released shortly before 1 PM this afternoon, and Michigan came in at No. 7 - an improvement of one place over last week’s poll.
A little while later, the latest AP poll was released and Michigan stayed steady at No. 8 despite receiving more votes than last week. The Georgia Bulldogs jumped Michigan in the AP, whereas the Wolverines stayed in front of a rising Georgia in the Coaches Poll.
