ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- The 2015 University of Michigan football team finished in the top 12 of both national polls for the first time since the 2011 season. Michigan finished 11th in the Amway Coaches poll with 812 votes and listed 12th in the Associated Press media poll with 911 votes.
The Wolverines completed a 10-win campaign with a 41-7 victory over Florida in the Buffalo Wild Wings Citrus Bowl on New Year's Day. Michigan posted a 10-3 overall record and 6-2 Big Ten Conference mark. The double-digit win total was the 27th in the 136-year history of the program.
