The 6-7 quarterback from New Hampshire (John Stark Regional) spoke with Maize n Brew about the offer.
“It feels amazing, I am still in a little bit of shock to be completely honest with you. Coach Harbaugh had me call him personally and he offered me,” McQuarrie said.
