The start of Michigan’s 2024 football season is fast approaching, with fall camp beginning Wednesday. With a roster that looks much different than it did heading into last season, there have been some questions about what the depth chart will look like at the start of the season.
One position that’s of particular interest is quarterback. There’s arguably no position in sports that’s under the microscope more than quarterback, and things are particularly interesting considering Michigan is replacing one of the best gunslingers in program history in J.J. McCarthy.
For much of the offseason, Alex Orji has been the first name to come to mind when thinking about who could start in 2024.
