Michigan not jumping on title claim after Louisville vacates 2013 championship

Is Michigan the true champion of the 2013 NCAA Tournament?

The NCAA announced Tuesday that the Louisville men's basketball program will have to vacate its title from that season, denying the school's appeal to the NCAA's original ruling in June.

Louisville beat Michigan in the championship, 82-76. Michigan was led by Player of the Year Trey Burke, who scored a game-high 24 points, and Spike Albrecht's improbable 17 first-half points.

Back in October, during Michigan's preseason media day, head coach John Beilein was asked how he felt about Louisville having to vacate the title for using ineligible players.
