The No. 1 player in the state of Illinois, Keegan is just coming off a visit to Penn State. However, it looks like the visit didn’t matter all that much, as a run of crystal ball picks in Michigan’s favor have given the Wolverines a 94-6 lead, with the six being an outdated Ohio State pick.
