CHICAGO -- Another six weeks have rolled by without Jim Harbaugh officially naming an offensive coordinator.
And from the sounds of it, he's poised to potentially not have one.
Speaking Monday at Big Ten media days, the Michigan head coach continued his push for "collaboration" among the offensive coaching staff.
"We've really come a long way," Harbaugh said. "We're so good right now, I think, at collaboration.
"The way we've got it going, we're pretty confident."
How that is going, however, remains unclear. Last season, Harbaugh had the final say but assistant head coach and passing-game coordinator Pep Hamilton and offensive line coach Tim Drevno, who doubled as the offensive coordinator, contributed to the play calling.
