Michigan interviewed Boston College co-defensive coordinator Anthony Campanile Thursday to join the defensive staff, reports The Michigan Insider.
Campanile, 36, has spent the last three seasons at Boston College. Prior to his promotion to coordinator, he served as the Eagles’ defensive backs coach.
Advanced stats reflect a solid BC defense in 2018. It ranked No. 29 overall per S&P+, including No. 48 in rushing and No. 51 in passing.
