Big Ten Network analyst Gerry DiNardo watches Big Ten football as close as anyone, and with a coach's eye.
So he was skeptical hearing of Michigan football's elite expectations this off-season.
After watching Monday's practice in Ann Arbor, DiNardo changed his mind about coach Jim Harbaugh's team. He announced it on Twitter on Monday night, saying: "I wasn't expecting 2 say this but they have enough talent 2 win all games."
"I'm saying Michigan State's still going to be good, Ohio State's still going to be good, this isn't just automatic, and I'm going into camp yesterday saying, 'I think everyone's got Michigan overrated,'" said DiNardo, a former player at Notre Dame and head coach at Vanderbilt, LSU and Indiana.
