Michigan has fourth-best odds to win next year's College Football Playoff

With the preseason rankings already rolling in, why not some early 2019 title odds?

And yes, Michigan is near the top there, too.

The Wolverines are 10 to 1 favorites to win the four-team College Football Playoff in 2019, according to early odds from the Westgate Las Vegas Sportsbook.

College football reporter Brett McMurphy published Westgate's odds on Monday, with Michigan affixed the fourth-best odds of the group.

Only Alabama (5-2), Clemson (6-1), and Georgia and Ohio State (8-1) are ahead of the Wolverines, who are coming off an 8-5 season and loss in the Outback Bowl.
