Michigan was always in the recruitment of California 6'2 315 pound DT Jay Toia. Michigan offered Jay back in February 2020 but he decided to go to USC and enrolled in January. Well, something has changed and before even playing his first college game and just going through Spring Practice, Jay has entered the Transfer Portal and looking for a new home.
