The Big Ten gets hit with the boring football label by the media quite often. The SEC has NFL type defenses, Big 12 has explosive offenses, and the PAC 12 plays in a different time zone ud83dude00. What I find interesting is tracking the former Big Ten QB's that have left their program for another opportunity. Does this mean the Big 10 offenses are better than we think? Or maybe there just aren't enough good QB's to go around.
Here is a list I have so far:
-Former Wisconsin QB Graham Mertz is the starter at Florida
-Former MSU QB Payton Thorne is the starter at Auburn
-Former Michigan QB Cade McNamara is the starter at Iowa
-Former Michigan QB Joe Milton is the starter at Tennessee
-Former Michigan QB Alan Bowman is the presumed starter at Oklahoma State
-Former Nebraska QB Casey Thompson is the presumed starter at FAU
-Former Indiana QB Michael Penix is the starter at Washington
Other Big Ten QB's transferred but I was more interested in guys that were expected to start.
