Michigan football running backs Karan Higdon and Chris Evans have both been full participants at practice this week and are both expected to play Saturday vs. Nebraska (noon, FS1).
Running backs coach Jay Harbaugh told reporters Wednesday that the team expects its top two rushers to be available.
"That's what we expect, yeah," Harbaugh said.
Higdon, U-M's leading rusher and senior co-captain, missed Saturday's win over SMU with what appeared to be a lower-body injury. He warmed up with the team in pads but ultimately determined he wasn't healthy enough to play.
