Michigan football's Carlo Kemp implores teammates: 'You get one shot at history'

Carlo Kemp's college career has had plenty of twists and turns.

When Kemp arrived on campus as a freshman and early enrollee, he was thrown into the mix at linebacker. It proved to be a struggle at times. At one point, Michigan footballdefensive coordinator Don Brown jokingly said he would've traded Kemp away for two used footballs.

The next offseason, Kemp switched to defensive end, making progress and gaining confidence.

Then came another switch, this time to defensive tackle.
