By every account, Ambry Thomas turned plenty of heads this spring.
But spring's over. Michigan's in fall camp now and the second-year cornerback from Detroit is still in the process of growing his overall game in what's already a very deep and talented Wolverine secondary.
He also plays for Michael Zordich. A cornerbacks coach who has helped the Wolverines finish No. 3, No. 1 and No. 1 nationally in pass defense during his three years on campus. No one gets anything for free in Zordich's world.
And everybody gets pushed.
"We're hard on him," Zordich said this week.
