For the second time in as many days, Jim Harbaugh's Michigan football program has lost an assistant coach to its biggest rival.
Per a report from 247Sports, Ohio State is set to hire Michigan linebackers coach Al Washington as a member of first-year coach Ryan Day's new staff.
The news comes one day after the Buckeyes formally announced the hiring of now former Michigan defensive line coach Greg Mattison as the team's co-defensive coordinator.
