Michigan football without WR Roman Wilson, two quarterbacks at Indiana

Michigan football’s offense will be without one of its top weapons Saturday vs. Indiana.

Roman Wilson, who did not make the trip to Bloomington for undisclosed reasons, a Michigan spokesman confirmed to the Free Press.

Wilson has been a go-to target for quarterback J.J. McCarthy as he ranks third in receptions (12), second in yards (224) and first in touchdowns (3) among all pass catchers.

The 6-foot, 185-pound junior from Honolulu caught one touchdown pass in three of the first four games this season, and thus far in Big Ten play has six receptions for 53 yards and one score in two games.
