Few other coaches and players in the country have the right to compare Adrian Peterson to anybody. As an offensive guard in college blocking for the future Hall-Of-Famer, Michigan football‘s tight ends coach, Sherrone Moore, has that right.
Peterson played for Oklahoma from 2004-06, amassing 4,041 yards and 41 touchdowns. Post College, Adrian became a Minnesota legend, spending nearly every year as a Pro Bowler for the Vikings. Moore has a unique insight into the greatness that is AP as he was on the team for Peterson’s final season under head coach Bob Stoops.
“I’ve only ever seen one other freshman back block like that, and that was a guy I played with,” Moore said.
