The Michigan football team will be back in action Saturday, as it pays a visit to the Rutgers Scarlet Knights in Piscataway, New Jersey.
For Michigan football, this is the fourth road game of the season and the third in Big Ten play. The Wolverines are 2-0 on road games in the conference but did suffer their only loss on the road at Notre Dame.
However, this road game is a little different. In its other road games, Michigan has played at Notre Dame, at Michigan State and at Northwestern. Rutgers, which is 1-8, is not a quality opponent like those teams, so it shouldn’t be much of a test.
