In a discussion with members of the media, Michigan football running back Tru Wilson disclosed he broke his hand but feels he’s ready for game action.
“It should be good against Iowa,” Wilson said. Tru added that it hasn’t impacted his pass protection and that he’s now able to carry the ball with both hands.
Through four games, Tru has played in two of them, rushing six times for 21 yards – four of those carries came in the matchup against Rutgers. Despite the limited playing time, Tru impressed with his pass protection ability and was named the starting rusher prior to the game against Middle Tenessee State.
