Sometimes, no matter what you do in recruiting, there are forces working against you and after what happened this week, that could be the case with Michigan football and Rocco Spindler.
Spindler is one of the Wolverines top targets in the 2021 class and he’s a guy that’s elite. He’s 6-foot-4 and 295 pounds, from Clarkston, Michigan. He’s also listed by 247 sports as one of the top offensive guards in the country. In the 247 composite rankings, he’s 47th nationally and the No. 2 guard.
As the third-ranked player in the state of Michigan, he’s been a top priority for Michigan football for some time and the Wolverines appear to be the strong favorite to land his commitment, despite others like Notre Dame and Ohio State pushing for him too.
