Through nine games, Michigan football is not only one of four teams that remain undefeated, along with Ohio State, Georgia and TCU. It has also developed into one of the best run games in the country.
Led by running back and Heisman Trophy candidate Blake Corum, the No. 2 Wolverines have averaged 250 rushing yards per game, which is the best of any team in the Big Ten by 37.8 yards. Michigan's run game is the fourth-best in the country, currently sitting behind Air Force, Army and Ole Miss.
