Tarik Black has spent his first two seasons for Michigan football on the sidelines more than the playing field. As a freshman in 2017 Black broke his left foot. He played only three games that season. Yet, he looked good with 11 catches for 149 yards and a touchdown to start the season.
Then last season, after spending the offseason getting healthy, Black injured his foot before the first game against Notre Dame and he never quite recovered.
When healthy, Tarik is a playmaker. The issue has been health and that is a shame.
