For a running back, pass-protection skills often take the longest to develop.
At Michigan, that development is far from complete.
When examining where Michigan's running backs sit as the 2018 season approaches, it's impossible to start anywhere but with the group's biggest weakness in 2017.
"A major emphasis for us this year: Backs blocking better in pass protection," Michigan coach Jim Harbaugh said earlier this offseason.
