There is no doubt that Michigan football is enough of a force in the midwest to put together a solid recruiting class in 2021. The Wolverines have a bunch of in-state talent to pick from, a five-star quarterback committed and a talented staff.
And heck, whether it was Jim Harbaugh at the helm, Brady Hoke or even Rich Rodriguez, Michigan football has been able to put together highly-ranked recruiting classes and this next cycle should be no different.
What is different is that with all the high-profile prospects in the state, such as Donovan Edwards and offensive/defensive lineman Rocco Spindler, Michigan football should have a shot at more elite-level recruits than in most cycles.
