The NCAA's historic early football signing period arrives Wednesday.
Michigan is expecting to receive national letters of intent from a majority of its 2018 verbal commitments this week, as the period runs from Wednesday to Friday.
Any player who doesn't sign this week will have to wait for the normal signing period, which begins Feb. 7. All coaches are now in a recruiting dead period (no in-person contact), which will run until Jan.
