Kareem Walker came to Michigan as one of the highest-rated running back prospects in the class of 2016.
A one-time Ohio State commit, Walker — a New Jersey native — drew plenty of interest from fans before he ever set foot on Michigan's campus.
And while things haven't started with lightning quickness for Walker, progress is — apparently — being made.
"It was nice to see Kareem Walker get a shot and produce," Michigan coach Jim Harbaugh said Saturday after the Wolverines' 27-20 win at Indiana. "(There) might be more carries for him in the future.
