Higdon, meanwhile, was tackled by a Northwestern linebacker. Then he was flagged for holding.
The play drew scrutiny from Michigan coach Jim Harbaugh, who called it a ‘phantom call’ and asked the officials for further explanation. It drew scrutiny on TV, where Fox Sports analyst Joel Klatt called it a "call from Mars.
