Michigan football coach Jim Harbaugh has never been a big fan of releasing depth charts and generally, it’s not something he has done with the Wolverines.
But this offseason, Harbaugh seems to be more open about his team. He also seems more confident and more assured. So when he spoke to the media this week, leading up to the season-opening game against Middle Tennessee State, he went in-depth about the roster and depth chart.
Certainly, there were some positions where he didn’t offer a starter. Offensively, running back is still a bit murky, along with wide receiver after the top couple of guys like Donovan Peoples-Jones and Nico Collins.
