In the recruiting battle of three-star offensive tackle Caleb Tiernan, Michigan football seemed to be in a strong position until just days ago.
Just this week, Michigan football held all of Tiernan’s crystal ball projections. But suddenly, at the last minute, things started to change. Those predictions started going to Northwestern and this afternoon, Tiernan made it official, announcing his commitment on Twitter.
While it might be easy to say that oh, Tiernan was just a three-star and it’s not a big deal, he was the No. 11 player in the state of Michigan according to the 247 sports composite rankings and also a top-400 prospect nationally.
