Michigan football's senior right guard worked on changing his daily habits this offseason, seeking out strength and conditioning coach Ben Herbert and nutritionist Abigail O'Connor.
He worked on improving his strength. He worked on improving his eating habits. And then he took a long look at his sleep schedule, which usually consisted of about six or seven hours, starting around midnight.
