Going into the 2017 season, one of the Michigan football players that seemed to have a lot of pro potential, was linebacker Mike McCray.
McCray, a 6-4 linebacker, came to Michigan football with lots of upside and during his final two seasons with the Wolverines, he started living up to that, registering nine sacks, 152 tackles, two interceptions and a defensive touchdown, which came in the 2016 Orange Bowl against Florida State.
While his senior season didn’t go quite as well as his junior campaign, McCray was still on the radar of NFL teams and signed with the Miami Dolphins shortly after the NFL draft.
