Michigan football head coach Jim Harbaugh had a couple of interesting things to say Wednesday, in the middle of signing day. Of course, much of the focus was on the new recruits.
However, in an interview with local media, Harbaugh revealed that Maurice Hurst will indeed play in the Outback Bowl for Michigan football. The other tidbit was about the future of Chase Winovich, who is contemplating his NFL future, but the fact that Hurst is going to play, gives the Wolverines a much better chance of beating South Carolina.
Hurst may not have the pro potential of defensive end Rashan Gary, but he is a consensus All-American.
