While the Michigan football program has already added three new assistant coaches this month, it appears Jim Harbaugh also added a fourth, only we didn’t know it until Monday.
That’s because the new defensive assistant Harbaugh hired, which is former Georgia Tech and App St defensive coordinator Nate Woody, who was reportedly going to be hired to be the defensive coordinator at Army, however, that fell apart and now he’s with Michigan football according to a report from Football Scoop.
Over the years, when it comes to coaching hires, Football Scoop has been pretty reliable and they are reporting that Woody is already working with the Wolverines in an off-field role.
