For the first time since Wisconsin, the Michigan football team will hit the road Saturday to take in Illinois in an inter-division matchup within the Big Ten.
Following that embarrassing loss to the Badgers, the Wolverines outscored Rutgers and Iowa 62-3 the past two weeks and they will look to continue that momentum against the Fighting Illini.
While much of the talk this week has been about Brandon Peters, a former starting quarterback for Michigan football, playing against his old team. However, it appears that Peters is doubtful, at least that’s where he was listed Friday.
