Michigan Football has had one of the nation’s best defenses for three straight years now, and a lot of it has to do with the cornerbacks. Although the Wolverines had to replace both Jourdan Lewis and Channing Stribling last season, they still didn’t seem to miss a beat.
This season the Wolverines will return three cornerbacks with talent and experience. David Long, Lavert Hill, and Brandon Watson will all be part of the defensive backfield in 2018 after a stellar season last year.
Long is in line to start at one of the cornerback spots just like he did last season.
