COLLEVILLE-SUR-MER, France — Standing next to his son, with thousands of grave sites representing fallen American World War II soldiers behind him, tears began to slip down Jack Harbaugh's face.
Rain spat out from above, wind whistled over the English Channel and, suddenly, everything seemed to hit home.
"(This is what) family is all about," the elder Harbaugh said Sunday. "It's one of those great moments to share with family.
