There isn’t an exact formula on how to develop an elite quarterback. Michigan football‘s Jim Harbaugh has been heralded as a quarterback whisperer, although when you look around college football and see Joe Burrow (ranked 280th in high school) going from unknown to a Heisman and National Championship winning phenom, you wonder who’s the real whisperer.
Jim will get another chance to prove his QB development skills as he and his staff take two, or three, guys they recruited and send at least one of them on the field consistently.
