ESPN recently released their early bowl projections for next season. Columnists Mark Schlabach and Brett McMurphy each made their selections for every bowl game. The Michigan bowl projections are certainly interesting, and with where they have Michigan playing, it would likely have them at 7-8 wins. That would definitely be an improvement from last year, but I’m sure all Michigan fans are hoping for an even better season than that.
Schlabach has Michigan projected to play in the National University Holiday Bowl against UCLA. The Holiday Bowl is a late December bowl game that takes place in San Diego, and one that Michigan has appeared in twice.
