It’s been a big week for Michigan football and its fans, especially after another disappointing bowl loss for the Wolverines in the Citrus Bowl.
But the Citrus Bowl result may not have been the biggest news item this week for Michigan football. Instead, that might have come when defensive assistant and safety coach Chris Partridge accepted a job at Ole Miss.
Partridge, who spent the last five years on the staff of head coach Jim Harbaugh, was also the special teams coordinator and a guy that has risen through the ranks quickly. Just five years ago, he was a high school head coach in New Jersey.
