Before the start of the season for Michigan football, wide receiver Tarik Black seemed poised for a breakout campaign. Then, he suffered a foot injury, just like he did as a freshman and his return to the field was put on hold.
While Black’s injury cost him the remainder of his freshman season in 2017, head coach Jim Harbaugh, said there was a good chance he would return to the field for Michigan football in 2018 and now, it seems like that return could come as early as Saturday.
The first sign that Black’s return could be imminent, came last Saturday against Wisconsin when he was seen on the field, catching passes during warmups.
