Not too long ago, Chris Partridge was roaming the sidelines of Paramous Catholic High School in New Jersey. And not too long before that, he was recruiting IT professionals to new jobs as part of the family business.
One year after coaching his high school team to a 9-2 record and No. 24 national rankings, Partridge is now widely considered to be one of the most productive and vital parts of the behind-the-scenes operations on Jim Harbaugh’s staff.
As the director of player personnel Partridge has been spearheading recruiting efforts this season; he’s a significant reason Michigan has one of the top-ranked 2016 classes right now.
