Michigan football announced Thursday it canceled its Pro Day scheduled for Friday, saying the decision was "based on the daily and hourly developments surrounding COVID-19," the technical term used for the coronavirus.
Earlier in the day, the university's sports information department announced plans to eliminate media availability following the workouts, which were still expected to take place at the time.
